2/5 - Hello all, a lot has happened since the last update so sit back relax and enjoy the ride.

First order of business is yes the Bears lost the Super Bowl to the Colts! It's ok Peyton Manning and Tony Dungy deserved the win and I am happy it was them instead of the New England Patriots. The Bears played well as a whole but the QB just wasn't ready for the big game. Sorry Bill, I know you had money riding on them!

Riley's 3rd birthday was 30 Jan and she had a good day. She had a party at daycare and Sam and I threw her a little private party here. That was a chocolate cake frenzy day!

On 1 Feb Samantha and Riley took off for the good ole USA (the land of Wal-Mart). They will be there all month, so it is just Brandi and I kickin' it here Oki style! Samantha and Riley didn't just go to the States just to go to Wal-Mart, they also went to pick up the newest addition to the Quailes Family! You heard it correctly new addition. Introducing for the first time on the internet Zachary Ayden Quailes (ZAQ)!

Ok so he doesn't seem to be as excited as the rest of us but that's okay. We are adopting baby Zachary and making him a welcomed addition to our family. This house needs more  testosterone! Anyway, he was born on 8 Jan 2007 and he will be getting his Marine Corps family initiation in Mar by flying around the world to come to Okinawa. An interesting note about this picture is that Riley gave him "Blankie" and "Lambie" to sleep with. Riley barely lets Sam and I touch "Blankie" and "Lambie" and she doesn't go to sleep without them. Already the makings of a good big sister. You can look at more pictures of ZAQ and the family under the pictures section on the right.

With ZAQ's arrival, Jan has now become the busiest month for our family. Two birthdays and an anniversary.
