Another update that some of you may be aware of is that I got promoted to Master Sergeant on the 1st of May. It was an honor for my family to be there and for my lovely wife to pin on my new chevrons. I had a small ceremony in front of my new work building and had a couple of different photographers capturing this moment in history. Enjoy these pictures. (Moved the pictures to Monty's Page)

Other than that we are settling in well and finding things to get into we have been to Dinosaur World and the Aquarium. We haven't been to Disney World or Bush Gardens yet but give us time... Until next time.

Family update: Well our leave in Maryland is over. We had a good time there and Zachary saw snow for the first time. I have pictures that I will post later. We drove to Tampa in 2 vehicles and thanks to the wonder of the mounted DVD player in the van the kids loved the trip of over 1,000 miles in 2 days. We have moved into our house and have received over half of our stuff to include the things we had in storage in North Carolina for the last 3 years. WOW imagine if you put things away for three years, it is "almost" like Christmas. We have started unpacking boxes but have a long way to go. We even have a pool that I have gotten in almost everyday since we have been here. If you know anything about me you know water is not exactly my strong point (I sink to the bottom, even with an expert swim instructor - Sonia). Brandi travelled well. She should have since she had more space in the van than anyone. I guess that is what happens when you get to be a 12 year almost 13 year old dog who has travelled the eastern seaboard and to Japan and back. Since we have been in Tampa we have gone to view the manatees (none were around) and been to Dinosaur world where the kids got to see dinosaurs and dig for fossils. I have pictures for that later too. A quarter of the year has past and we have been up to quite a bit. Stay tuned for all the pictures I promised.
